my liitle beloved brother brought his shotgun to me complaining that its kicking harder than normal (DALY 12GA semi auto ) well ,I asked him it he cleaned the bore ? oh I am supposed to to do that ? checked it and looks like someone peened the inside of the barrel , because of plastic build up , any good way to remove all of this plastic , I have scrubbed with a brush , solvent for plastic , ect , all, except honing the bore ,ive spent 2 hours cleaning this sucker and still have fouling , any good Ideas to scrape this crap out??

Got a variable speed electric drill? If so, split the end of a 3/8" dowel for about 8-10 inches. Stuff in a reasonable amount of 4/0 steel wool. Insert in the breech end of the bbl and press the trigger lightly. Go slowly from breech to muzzle.
Keep the revs low and check after a minute or so.
Some people use Scotchbrite pads instead, but I've no direct experience with them.

I use a 10 ga brush in the chamber/ forcing cone area to remove plastic.
And a lot of elbow grease:D

A good brush and copper/plastic removal solvent like Remington and a LOT of elbow grease. Cleans up real good on my shotguns.

Steel wool and a slow drill works for me.
And they laugh at my brass shells with cardboard wads.:D

thanks for the suggestions guys , i'll givem a try , one suggestion that was given to me at the store was shove the brother down the bore . I've ruined 2 brass brushes so far , so it looks like scotchbrite or steel wool .

Good stiff nylon bore brush and some Birchwood Casey Bore Scrubber works well.

I like the brother down the bore idea too.
I've used a 10ga bore brush on the drill before to clean some of our more abused guns at work.
