I have a pair of magazines that are incredibly stiff (10rd Beretta Factory 92 mags). Its rather a hassle to get rounds eight, nine, and ten loaded. I have an HKS Speedloader, which helps a ton, but its still annoying trying to get those last couple rounds in.
Is there anything I might try doing to loosen up the mags so that they're a little more friendly, other than loading and unloading them eight hundred times?

Load them full and leave them sit. It won't hurt them.

Pretty much what Navy Joe said
I load mine and let them sit for 2 weeks then I will unload it. If it is still tight I will let it rest for a week then repeat the same. For mags that are where I want them I will switch to a new one every week. From what I hear I might even be a little overly cautious but it is a habit now.

OR............
If they function properly
Load em and use em.
When they get easy to load
Replace the springs.

Take a look at www.magloader.com. I know a Practical Shooter who fires a Briley with a 30 round magazine in competition. He doesn't have any problems getting the last rounds in with this loader.
