Want to buy several no-ban (12 rounder) HK compact mags. Any suggestions?

My understanding is that they don't exist.

Which USP Compact...? Both the .40 and 9mm compacts have normal capacity magazines available. The .45 compact has only 8-rounders at this time.

I stand corrected -- I was thinking about .45 because that's what I have.
