revelation shotgun

I recently bought a revelation 350 H 410 shotgun. does anyone know who made this gun? it looks like a steavens barrel (proof tested) engraved in the same spot as the steavens barrels. western auto sold this gun some years ago, if anyone knows who made em or the value of this gun please let me know thanks,

My cross references don't show a Revelation 350H, but does show a Western Auto 350, 350A, and 350M.

All are the Stevens Model 94.
