I'm considering getting a belt holster from Blade-Tech for my Glock 23. I'm interested in knowing what the adantages and disadvantages are between Kydex and Concealex for this sort of application. Either way the holster would be the made in the black color of each material. Any comments or experiences?

Senator ol' buddy,
I've got both from BladeTech, Can't find any REAL advantages of one over the other , but I LIKE the feel of the concealex better. If[when] I order more, I'll get concealex. Its 'smoother'. But , that being said, if I couldn't get concealex, kydex would be just fine too......both are great!

So what is the difference???? That really hacks me off that Blade-Tech's website does not even attempt to explain the difference between Concealex tactical black and Kydex stealth black. I have two holsters from them and have no idea whether they're kydex or concealex. Can anyone please enlighten me as to the difference. (Concealex is "smoother"? What do you mean?)
