I am considering buying a Sparks Ex C. for a commander. Most IWB holsters tend to dig in and I am hoping that the fairing will prevent a sharp unyielding edge at the muzzle. Anyone tried this holster? I am 5-10 and 177. Thanks, Jerry

Got my first Summer Special from Milt Sparks in 1975. When He brought out the EX I bought one for my Officer's ACP. Liked it so well, and thought it was such an improvement over the old Summer Special, I ordered one for my LW Commander.
I think the Executive Companion is probably the most comfortable IWB holster out there.

$.02 and keep the change.

I believe the ends are now flared in shape rather than the original rectangular configuration. Either shape, the bearing surface is increased and will therefore help spread the load/ pressure of the holster and its piece against the body. I think you' ll be quite happy with it.
