Custom Orthopedic Grips???

I'd like to find a set of orthopedic grips for a S&W Model 41 target pistol. I looked at Randall Fung grips, but they're kind of on the expensive side. Is there anyone out there who makes an adjustable target grip that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
