Does anyone know if a Remington 7400 rifle stock and 7600 rifle stock are interchangeable?
Thanks, DSM

Toni, Appreciate your reply. One other question ... can the trigger pull of a synthetic stock be shortened similar to what can be done with a wooden stock? Thanks, Dave

I depends on how much material was given before the pad. Take the pad off and look to see when it starts being hollow. If they gave you a lot of material to work with go for it, but remember to not cut it too close or you will weaken it significantly.

Most synthetic stocks are hollow- this creates problems with shortening.
