Hi, anyone has suggestions for a good indoor chronograph, preferably NIST approved, and a calibrator?
(To be used under flourescent lighting).

Don't know what NIST is, but I'll point ya to the CED millennium to be able to shoot under any lighting condition, including complete darkness. Accomplished by using their Infra-red illuminators. In addition, it is the most accurate chrony in the non-professional line of gear (say under $300).
I've got one, and it cannot be beat.
