What are the different types and which one is the best?

I know there is counter coil

There is Gra-Coil. I have one on my gun and have turned it off by setting the spring to 70 lbs. But some people just LOVE it. I do like being able to move the pad and adjust the L.O.P. BUT it moves my face WAYY too much.
