It's also possible to post the picture itself on the forum.

What you do is right click the image, and go to properties. Copy the url, and put it between and tags.

So, to post your first picture, you would have http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=26379&d=1187724937 , except without the spaces between the url and the tags.
