scope help???

I recently picked up a savage mark II for plinking, along with it I got a simmons scope. It is bore sighted, but which direction do I need to turn the knob to make the bullet hit more to the left?

I think it should be clockwise. It should have and arrow with either a "L" or an "R."

Shoot a couple rounds, turn it 10 clicks one way and shoot a couple more and see which way they go. :)
