I know somebody knows if you can shoot a Colt .45 in a .410 full choke shotgun.

NO! IT may seem like it will work but it is a mistake to try it.

Absolutely NO!!!!!!
This business of shooting the .45 Colt in a 410 came about because Thompson Center's Contender pistol has/had a .45 Colt/410 barrel set-up, that could fire both. This was a special barrel set-up.
