Rather than run around aimlessly looking for low energy target loads, I thought it wise to ask. Looking for both lead and steel shot.
Already know about the Estate Mighty Light loads in both gauges.
Thanks...

I usually shoot Winchester AA Light Target Loads. You can find them at Wally World (Wallmart) in #7 1/2 or #8 shot size. I usually shoot the #7 1/2 shot. Lead shot.
What I'm looking for is a trap load with an on-board guidance system. ;)

Besides the AA Lites AR10 mentioned, the Federal equivalent is a good load.
Any International trap load with its roughly 7/8 oz load qualifies, but they do not run cheap.
Best thing would be to reload your own. It's easy, and you may actually save some money. A 1 oz 3 dram load kicks little, and you get 400 of those in a 25 lb bag of shot...
I bought a used 600 MEC, a bottomline loader, for $50. The payback period was about 4 weeks....

Those 24 gram international loads are light in payload, but have a pretty good snap to them.
Winchester AA extra light target loads are nice, but I prefer the Estate shells that you already know about for low recoil training loads.
