According to Cmu.edu you must have a FFL to own a machinegun in Michigan, and suppressors are not allowed.
Edit: I searched Michigan law and found
this document . I searched that document and found that it is illegal in the state of michigan for anyone not duly licensed by the state of Michigan to own a silencer. It also states that there is no current provision that allows for licensing of such an item.
