I own several Taurus handguns and each performs quite well. I own Rugers and Smiths also.

My most accurate revolver MIGHT be my Taurus 970 .22 LR or it MIGHT be my Ruger Redhawk .45 Colt. They're extremely close in accuracy. Accurate enough that I wouldn't hesitate to take a head shot on a groundhog at 50 yards with either gun. I wouldn't do that with any of the other revolvers I own.

I'm headed up to Winchester Kentucky tomorrow on business. When I finish up there I'm gonna make a run up to Bud's gunshop in Paris and by me another Taurus revolver.
