Darn right.
In "some" parts of the country (and most of the "civilized"
world), the hubby would be facing charges for:
a) having the audacity to defend himself and/or his wife by carrying a pistol in the first place
b) discharging rounds within city limits
c) wounding some "poor misunderstood yout" without (what some would claim as) "just cause"
I haven't said it in a couple weeks, so now seems like a good time:
