A close friend of mine is an undercover detective. He's masked during all job-related public confrontations like this, and understandably so if knew what was riding on that mask. His name was mentioned once in the newspaper in relation to a east coast-wide drug bust, and he's been living with death threats for the past few years because of it.

Nothing wrong with a mask as long they're hanging tight to the uniformed officers, in my opinion.


Come on by Virginia for a little while and do what we have to do, feel what we have to feel, put your kids on the schoolbus, and kiss them goodbye while your hands shake in the fear that that may be the last time you see them alive, because you're sending them into a shark-infested "gun-free" school zone to be killed. Only then will those "evil" masked men be a comfort. They're not there to give gun owners beef, they're there to kill a psycho.
