The 10mm and 40s&w are great cartridges; I like my moon clip fed 45acp revolvers, but it seems that revolvers chambered for auto rounds don't sell as well. I guess it's because the clips are easy to loose but yet needed for the gun to work. A 41spec cartridge would already have a market with 41 mag shooters. Heck, if a 41spec round came out I'd be in the market for a 41mag revolver. A company like Ruger already has the tooling for the basic gun platform; we're just talking about the finishing machine work.
Get others on board: how about a five shot "K" frame from Smith or Taurus?
