The Ruger revolvers, GP-100 and SP-101, have a lot of material between chambers, not to mention very tough steel. If these guns can handle lots of high pressure loads in 357mag, I think they could handle the lower pressure 41spec loads, even with thinner walls. Ever notice how thin the material between chambers is on older 38spec and 44spec revolvers? Those were made out of weaker material.
