From what I've read, the feds are more interested in interrogating this guy than in charging him and trying him.


Tell me. If he is held as a member of a hostile military which I understand is his current status-what exactly can he be charged with? Planning to use a radiological weapon? How is this illegal under the "laws of war?"

Does this mean that if a hostile military captures a US bomber pilot that the pilot can be charged with planning to use (not using) nuclear weapons?
