I'm with Eric.
If a convicted felon has a history of violence with a weapon, why should they get the right to own guns? They had their right and abused it, so they should lose that right.

Its not like they never had it. They used a weapon in form of violence towards a person, so their 2nd Amendment right should be taken away.
