You could stuff fiberglass insulation in the tires. I would cover it with foam rubber or "Armorflex." remember to drill a hole in the bottom of the tires- mosquitos and water.
You can also buy a 3-4" diameter glasspack muffler for a truck and shoot through that- just don't attach it to the gun.
Or, you could just shoot out an open window from inside the house.
