I bought a NEW Yugo M92 kit from Mike B.(mikeb...)/AR15.com, AK forum handle Turrican. Before buying the kit, I asked him in an email exchange if this was the EXACTLY THE SAME KIT THAT Gunthings.com was selling

That is the exact same kit I am selling and mine is still just as NEW for
35.00 less and I am paying shipping. Which makes it about 50.00 less. I
bought it from them.

After I received the kit, I noticed that the kit was missing NEW magazine unlike the way I described Gunthings.com M92 kit. When I emailed and asked Mike about this, here is the first email reply I got in a series of nasty reply I got from him:

I dont care. I have plenty of friends and good feedback on every
board. if i promised you a mag you would have a point but I didnt say I was
including a mag. What they do at gunthings has nothing to do with what I do.
So go ahead and start a flame war and I will start one on you too and we
will let the guys on the board decide who is right. I didnt include a sling
either and some dealers include those too. I advertised a virgin kit. That
is all and that is what you got. You even sent an email saying you were
happy with the deal now you are trying to make me lose even more money.

You cant come back and start bitching about wanting more things that I wasnt offering in my sale. If you wanted a mag you should have asked for one and I would have told you I didnt have one with it. All of my Yugo mags are used.

I dont respond to threats. So I wont offer you anything now. Good luck
trying to make me look bad. It is not fair for you to try and get more out
of me now. I wasnt offering mags with the deal. Why you expect one just
because someone else is offering one and charging more is beyond me. I sent
it priority just like we agreeed. I did everything that we agreed on.

If you wanted to pay 50.00 more to get a 12.00 mag you should have bought it from them. You got a good deal on a brand new kit that I had to you two days after you paid. I will be sure to post these emails in you negative threads about me to show how shady you are acting.

I have sent your threatening
letter to the mods and they have said you are in the wrong. I also showed
them your email showing where you said you were happy with the kit. Now you
decide you want more after the fact. Dont forget, I have all your ino too.

I have a higher feedback rating then you. Why not just go buy a mag if that
is what you really want. I think you have other reasons for this besides the
12.00 mag you are complaining about.

I have sent your emails to two of my
friends and they agree you are trying to extort more from me. If you read
the add it says nothing about a mag. If I had a new mag I would give it to
you just to shut you up but I dont so there is nothing I can do. I think you
just changed your mind about the kit and now you are trying to weasel out of
the deal and blame it on me over one little mag. I thought you were a cool
guy from our emails but I guess you are not after all.

The gist of the email exchanges is that in the email exchange, I was assured that Mike was selling the SAME KIT THAT GUNTHINGS.COM WAS SELLING. After I get the kit, I'm told that's not the case and I'M A EXTORTIONIST among other things Mr. B. states in his series of email to me.

He also personally MADE THREATS AGAINST ME. The email from Mr. Mike B. just keeps on getting nastier and nastier.
