Not in my book!I have a 454 Raging Bull in 454.Over 500 full load rounds and no problem.My neighbor has the 2" titaium snubby 38 with over 500 rounds of +P trough it no problems.Just look very closely at any gun before you buy it.If you don't think you are qualified to check it out yourself take someone with you who is.Every manufacture makes a dud.
