I totaly forgot how far a vs. thread can go.

I will definitely buy the taurus 66. Whos to say I won't pick up a ruger later.
I'll give a full report after my first visit to the range.

This reminds me of the acoustic guitar forum (formerly the taylor guitar forum). Acoustic guitar players can be the worst when it comes to tone woods and certain manufacturers. The absolute worst is when you get into the american made vs. foreign guitar, ex. the made in mexico stratocasters vs. the american stratocasters. Or for some its the chinese guitars vs. korean vs. american.

I have owned a bit of all and all are great.
