I'm not sure most folks realize just how big a difference there is between 20/20 and, say, 20/5. I had 20/15 for much of my life. Pretty good eye site by most measures. I knew one person with 20/5. Amazing. For example she read the size label on a worn out pair of Levis by seeing the indentation made when the size was stamped. I understand Ted Williams could see the rotation of the ball as it left the pitchers hand.

Now I'm jealous of anyone who doesn't have to wear reading glasses. (And I use progressive lenses so I don't have to put the off and on all the time)
