The scope is an Intermediate Eye Releaf Model Bushnell.
I cut the barrel from 23" to 19 or 20" with a hacksaw and a brownell crowning tool.
I used hand tools to make the base from a weaver flat bottom mount (i think it was from a Marlin 336). I had to drill and tap the holes in the mount and drill through the front sight base guard on the barrel.
