Don't trust that.
1) Kids are sometimes stronger than you expect they will be.
2) Kids are
often more clever than you expect them to be ... especially when motivated.
3) Kids have this nasty habit of growing a lot faster than their parents realize.
4) Little kids sometimes have bigger friends.
5) Not every "unloaded" chamber is in fact unloaded -- as altogether too many people have discovered to their sorrow.
6) And finally: Never cocked, you say? Are you
sure you never, ever, ever, even once, put the gun down in the wrong configuration? Because that's literally all it takes...
