I do not personally own one (got a Bushmaster) but a fella at our local gun club has one of the low end models which I think he paid much less than $570.00 for a couple years ago. It's got it's share of whacks and dings but I did pop off a couple rounds on our 100 yard line last summer. It grouped nicely at that distance, felt as good as any issue rifle I fired in The Corps, no complaints from me, or him. For the price, who could really worry about a lack of high end parts?
