I ordered 7 of them back in October for myself and family members. All looked brand new externally. Almost all looked brand new internally, although a few of the bolt carriers had seen a little use. The bolts looked brand new. The gas keys were properly staked on 3 of them, not so great on the other 4, but this is a minor complaint on a bargain bin rifle.

Keep in mind that they ship with no rear sight and no magazines. Not a problem at all, just something worth noting. I think these are about the best buy going in ARs right now.
