Careful, Taurus' warranty is not in the same league as S&W... Slower than a snail and not nearly as comprehensive IMO.
That said I would buy the "used" Stainless personally.
I am still waiting for my New from my LGS, as of yet unfired 605 to return from the factory and it has been almost 8 weeks...
