The thing that looks like a grenade launcher could be a helical magazine, but it isn't a Bizon, because those still have an ejection port in the right side. It is smooth all down the right, so it either has forward ejection like the FN2000 (unlikely because there doesn't appear to be any room for it) or it is downward ejection like a P90. There could be an ejection port on the stock and it is a bullpup, but it sure doesn't look likely from the pic.
What ever it is, it is weird.
And I know I'm not nuts because the magic hippo in my living room told me so.
