You shouldn't really talk to this guy without legal counsel. Like my attorney told me when I was trying to help some local police who were looking for a tall buglary suspect, "It's easier for me to help you if you keep your mouth shut." The guy they were looking for and finally arrested was 5'9" and I'm 6'5".
