Get a Ruger 22/45. Or a Mk II if you like the grip angle. The Browning Buckmark is a sweet pistol as well. Don't care much for the Neos or P22.

If it was out already (Real Soon Now) and I'd had a chance to check the reviews I'd take a long hard look at a SIG Mosquito.
