Hm.

If someone posted that type of content in a thread titled "A Positive Ruger/S&W/DanWesson/Korth/whatever post" matching the make of the gun... everyone would be saying:

1. How many rounds did you shoot?
2. What was the trigger pull like?
3. Were the sights well regulated to the ammunition you used?
4. How were the groups?

And a bunch more minutia pertinent to really wringing out a new gun, rather than what amounts to a basic function check with a conclusion of "yep, it goes bang" at the end.

I find it morbidly comical that a thread needs to be created to point out that Taurus did in fact manufacture a revolver that appeared to be cosmetically assembled correctly, didn't fall apart before getting shot at the range, and didn't have its guts come out of alignment in the frame while shooting.
