Back in the 90's I was managing a gun department in a sporting goods store while attending grad school. When the Clinton gun laws were passed we started selling everything in sight but mostly we sold Taurus. And it was mostly the PT-92 and the 357 revolver that we sold. Never had one of them come back with a defect.
I did see my PT-92 customers quite often, though. I could not keep the UMC 9mm ammo in stock because they were shooting so much of it.
