When the insane get behind the wheel of a two ton weapon and us it to kill, it is barely a 10 second blip on the local news. Should driver's licensing be tightened up too? Or should involuntary commitals be entered into the NCIC data base? Nah! Let's just blame those nasty old guns and not worry about reality.
