Well I suppose you could view it that way now that I think about it. I guess that's a phrase open to interpretation. I guess a better way to say it, at least in my local dialect would be...
"If you have been blessed, it shore is nice if you use it to help us all out. In return, we'll be purfectly happy to return the favor and work with y'all to make shore that them what's goin' thru hard times git what they need to make it."
I don't believe for one minute that the person who originally penned that phrase really meant it that way, but if I said it...that's how I would want it to be interpreted.
