Yup, the rail is an Ultimak, and as Pucker mentioned, they are (so far) the best I've come across.

Yup, I use their "Military Flats". I've been using them for about 40 years now. The offer pretty much every color you need, but you'll have to get out of the flats if you want the Barbie scheme.
Lately I've been using Brownell's Aluma Hyde II as the base color. You can actually strip the Testors off and redo the pattern without the Aluma Hyde coming off.
