A quick use of the Search tool shows only 4 separate threads that are titled 'how many guns do you own?' I am sure there are others but this was a narrow search using those exact words in the title.
I understand curiosity. I have wanted to ask those kinds of questions myself but considered it too intrusive.
I personally don't mind if folks ask, though I generally decline full disclosure.
