I visited Canada once about 10 years ago. We were at Glacier Nat'l Park and the wife wanted to go across the border to Banff. The nice man at the Canadian customs said I could not take the .357 with me into Canada but could leave it locked up with him until we came back through the check-point. I was so nervous without a sidearm we only stayed in Canada for about two hours. Don't plan to go back. You're right - FUBAR.
