How long does it take you guys to build up a collection this size? Over a decade at least, right?

The P2000sk is a good size for concealment. It is way more accurate than you'd expect. The controls are where you want them. As with all poly HKs you get your choice of triggers. Recoil is lighter than it should be. HK really excells ar reducing recoil well. The pistol is unstoppable and feels that way. It simply doesn't hesitate to work...ever. That the main reason it like it. I have great confidence in my P2000sk
You should be a sales person for HK. You make me want to buy one of these.

Impressive. Good effort.

What's your favorite revolver, and what's your favorite semiautomatic of the collection?

Smith & Wesson 586 .357 Mag
Colt Single Action Army .357 Mag
Colt Govt. Model MKIV Series 70 .45 ACP
Springfield Armory GI .45 1911-A1 .45 ACP
CZ 75B .40 Smith & Wesson
1943 Star Model B 9MM Parabellum
Sig Sauer Mosquito .22 LR
Bersa Thunder .380 ACP
Walther P38 9MM Parabellum

Not a large collection, but effective.
Looks like a fairly large collection to me. I probably am sort of naive about how much some guys have, however.

Yes, I guess if you look at having 9 guns as being a large collection, but I know people who have 20 or more handguns plus a passel of long guns too. I would have more too, but here is a list of those I got rid of (and regret doing so):

Colt Service Ace .22 1911 auto pistol
High Standard 9 shot .22 caliber revolver
Dan Wesson 6" .357 Magnum Revolver with interchangeable barrels
Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Colt / .45 ACP convertible revolver
Astra Constable .380 ACP automatic pistol
Walther P22 .22 LR Automatic pistol
Beretta Model 70s .380 automatic pistol
Colt Agent .38 special revolver (not really rid of, my wife has it so it's gone to me.)

Oh what mistakes we make in our youth.

Favorite Revolver: S&W 18 no dash .22-the finest example of a revolver I have had the pleasure of handling. For sentimental reasons, my Grandfathers S&W 67 .38, in like new condition in the box.
Semi Auto: Like new Browning HP 9mm T series from my dad.

I used to have some handguns, but I sold them after the last election. Now I have none left.

I mean, Obama will protect me, right? So I don't need guns anymore.

WOW SergeantC! I did the same thing then stimulated the economy with the money. Don`t worry guys, no guns were sold to the Mexican drug cartels. Only thing I`ve got left is my 'blow dart gun' so guess thats my favorite.
