Million rounds per Minute

WOW!! Has anyone else heard of this thing? An electronic gun that fires a million rounds/minute and has no moving parts.

So far I think that they have a working prototype handgun.
There are plans for rifles and such though.

They even have a couple of videos you can download.

Metal Storm gets rediscovered about every three or four months. Their area denial, remotely programmed mine system is more interesting than their "guns".
