Which of these should I get?

What exactly is the difference between the "CCI Speer LAWMAN" & the PMC 500 round cases?

The CCI is higher priced but not by much. Both are 55 grain FMJ rounds.

My AR has a 16" barrell & 1/7 twist. This will be used primarily as my SHTF ammunition stash. Not that I don't already have others.

"...What exactly is the difference between..." The brand name. CCI is American. PMC is Korean. The only important part is which brand shoots better out of your rifle? With a 1 in 7 twist, you'll likely find that neither are that great. A heavier bullet would be better. And not FMJ's. Scary Happening Times Fodder needs to be versatile. FMJ's are not.

I've had some bad powder-gunk problems with CCI rounds. I've never had a failure but the cleanup can get pretty extensive.
