Glock 41 Reliability issues

I've had my G41 for several years and even with some customizing to make it a bit more personal have had no issues. Very accurate, well balanced, and shoots both FMJ and HP's without hiccup. Just read an article that some issues with reliability started coming up. What I read didn't exactly say what the issues were. Just some issues.

Anyone who has one experienced any issues with theirs?

Who published the article and what did it say?
