As soon as I finish refinancing my house, I'll be making a contribution.

Okie dok. I maybe unemployed but I just donated $29. If I wasn't, I would have donated $250, for the cause and too see my name in the credits. Now that would freak-out my Anti wife.

OK...times up on the challenge. Guess what?
Y'all came thru. Challenge met and exceeded!

Here's the conservative guesstimate tally that I have so far:
Total Sent Since Challenge: $2,473
Total Sent Prior to Challenge: $1,400 (Thanks again, Rob)
Add in S.W.A.T.: $1,000
Add in TFL (will do this in the AM): $1,000
Add in pledges: $341

Total raised from our efforts in three days: $6,214.00!!!!!!!!

We've set a $10,000 goal for TFL. Most Members will see this for the first time during the week. Please step in and help. If you value our ability to use TFL for more than just talk, this is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate our ability to make things happen.

Someone get over to GlockTalk, 1911 and the others. If any other Forum can top the TFL tally by end of week (Midnight, Sunday April 21), TFL will match the difference! Final determination will be left up to the owners of those Forums....if they say they topped us, that's good enough for me.

Personal thanks to each and every one of you.

I just saw this thread, so I missed the midnight deadline, but I just donated (and ordered a copy of Hope, since I really liked The Mitzvah). I'm already a JPFO member, but this thread encouraged me to get off my butt and contribute to the project.

I can't wait to see the film.

Yesterday morning I sent the info to the owners of a couple other forums, so hopefully they'll post a notice. I also when and posted on another smaller forum.

Like you said, now that the work week is here most people will just now be seeing it (No boss, I'm not surfing the net, I'm... aaaaa.... researching, yeah, thats the ticket, researching that project!!)

Tail end, Charlie...again. Just got home from work. Just got online. Just saw this. Missed the deadline. Darn it.

Well, two weeks ago today, I spent about 7% of my gross annual salary on firearms. Guess I can rip out a sum that is a lot less than that for the fight to keep them.

I'll pledge $250 to the production of the film and get a Life membership.

$75 donated today. This is a great cause. With effort, it could be a publically-recognized endeavor, with media attention and TV coverage.

C'mon, Texans!! We ought to be able to get $5,000 out of our state alone.

Oh, and I am going to forward a link of this thread to the gun community in my area.

Done $30 wish it could have been more.
I used the 800# and told the man on the phone where I got the heads-up TFL.

Thanks Rich.

I'm sending $50.

I hope to see many more replies stating others are donating also. I've been a member of this board since almost the beginning and never has Rich asked for any financial assistance before. As a matter of fact he's been downright obstinate about accepting donations to help offset the costs of this site.
So I hope my small bit helps out.

I'm in.

Found $75 between change under the sofa cushions and recycleable bottles in the kitchen.

I made a small donation by credit card a few days ago, but it didn't occur to me to post it here because I'm really not too bright when it comes to money and stuff.

Sorry I missed the original deadline.

Maybe they can use my money anyhow.
Just sent $75 via my overworked Visa to JFPO website.

Thanks for bringing this up, Rich.

Best,
Johnny

My $75 for the film and a 2 year membership is on the way. Damn, I think I am a member of every gun rights organization I know of. I wonder if I am on a federal list somewhere????? Later.
