K-Mart bankruptcy

Do you think that shooter's boycott did have a significant effect on K-Mart?

Are there any facts that show how much business they lost from shooters/hunters?

I don`t know if the gun community`s boycott hastened KMarts demise, but it couldn`t have happened to better company, as far as I`m concerned.

I don't know about the rest of you but I will not patronize any business that uses 'Rosie' as a spokesperson. Can't stand her and everything she is.:barf:

Rosie obviously didn't do them any good, since they are going bankrupt...if they go completely TU it might be a good opportunity for some cheap firearms.

The gun owners actions may have accelerated their bankruptcy a small bit, but Kmart's problems with staffing, store cleanliness, etc are systemic and weren't being effectively fixed.

happens alot

This sort of thing happens alot when a business goes into cultural things and politics instead of minding the store. Back a decade or so ago, it was popular for the network writers to weave a heavy anti-gun theme into the various entertainment series. It seems like these anti-gun shows came up when the series was in its last season. They seemed to know the show was on the way out anyway so, might as well throw in a little dialectic.

In regard to K-mart I'm sure we are all very sincere when we say, "(snark) Ha, HA, hA ha!"
