Glock 17L, 9mm target

Glock 20, double stack, 10mm with extra long, after market, hunting barrel from Glock.

Keltec .223 folding carbine

Keltec 9mm folding carbine

Keltec pistols: P11, P40, P.357 SIG, P3AT that is 9mm, 40 mm, .357 SIG of course and .380.

ParaOrdnance P-13 Custom Target from Factory in .45, this is the double stack, smallish and very accurate all-steel pistol.

Thats one nice lil' arsenal you got there.

Btw, if I pick up my pistol this week from my dealer, I plan on ordering a ton of ammo from natchez. Anybody know how long it will take to arrive from them?

Jamie

If you want to try .357SIG, I can bring a Glock, a 1911, and a SIG in .357 SIG.

I'll try, but may not be able to make it.

If I do, I'll have my Beretta Neos, Glock 19, and SA XD9SC.

Hi Jamie,

The only .357 SIG pistol I have is the Keltec P11 conversion to .357. It will give you a bit of a POP when shot.

And just a reminder......

There is a penalty for not introducing yourself when you come out. I like to know which board people came from. Geekwitha.45 (I read his blog) came out last time, and I found out after I saw his write up from the June 11th gathering. A couple guys from Battlerifles.com didn't know EClancy was there, and they wanted to talk to him.

We'll have name tags for everyone this time. Tattoos for some of you.

PA Gathering

How many firing points (rifle/pistol) and is there a wait with so many people showing up? Do the experienced shooters shoot seperately from the "New" shooters? I've never been to an event like this. Any information you can provide would be great. One other thing will there be NRA rifle instructors available?
Thanks

At what point is that not a telescope?

Don't expect to be shooting all of your guns at these. It's best to have the mindset that allows you to shoot your own guns, and then socialize and shoot other peoples. Nobody is allowed to hog the tables. Everyone must share and be accomodating. Speak up if you aren't getting range time, but please introduce yourself and make friends with everyone.

There will be several.

If you are a new shooter please identify yourself. I may make up separate color name tags for the new shooters.

I am setting the goal of introducing or converting 10 new-shooters at this event. Let's make it a team effort.

I think it is a good idea to bring a chair and a table too.

I will have a comfortable folding chair for myself and three or four folding tables for my stuff and some runover stuff of others. This helps a bit.

If you have a good sturdy folding table to add at the rear of the shooting tables and behind them several feet as well, it helps...

If anyone has any DoubleTap 10mm ammo to sell, look me up please! I would like to try some in my Glock.

Yeah name tags! We want people to socialize and get to know each other. Definitely want Mr Geek /45 to know what is going on. May have a seeing eye dog to lead him around

Although the firing line, especially the pistol line, appears crowded everyone gets to shoot! No one gets to hog a firing point.

Anyone found not conversing or exchanging ideas/guns will be flogged.

Could we possibly add picture taking to that list.

I really don't like being flogged and I always share my toys.

I'll be there. Saturdays are good for me. I'll even bring a few interesting toys; shame I can't bring the 'go fast' stuff. Well I guess I could, just wouldn't be able to use that particular setting on the selector.

I'm hoping that Spot77 and I can make the drive up from MD. I have a couple of new toys to share...most notably the STG58 that was a direct result of being able to try out so many 7.62 NATO rifles at the last WW event that I was at.

If I remember to bring it....I have two boxes of ammo that I'd like to sell or trade.....

9mm Hirtenberger 50 rds. I don't think this is the super +++++P stuff for subguns, but I'm a little freaked out about putting it in my USP

.45ACP Mil-Surp 40 rds or so. Still in box..got this from a friend in the military and I think it could be corrosive. I shot some and cleaned out the gun really well but I'm not too keen on dealing with corrosive ammo.

Jamie,

I think it has a 32x scope on it?? I havent shot that thing in years, I will have to take a look at it later. I think I need to get more 308 loaded up and start using that rifle again... 500 yards here I come!

I think I am going to bring a new 45Long Colt Lever gun I managed to get frm a certain (to remain nameless) TFL member... Now where is my 45 Long Colt Revolver?? hmmmm

I think this meet should be the SEMI-AUTO rifle/handgun meet.. Bring your AK, AR, FAL, HK, M1, M1A, Mini 14, M1 Carbine ect to the range....

If anyone has a M1 Carbine please bring along.

Hello everyone! This is my first post. I am definitely going to try to make it up to the Rally in East Greenville on the 20th. I'm totally new to guns and target shooting. I'm very interested in meeting everyone, and maybe getting some pointers on how to improve my shooting. But mostly, I just want to have a great time. I don't have many toys to bring along (only 1), but I plan on bringing my Springfield Armory XD-9 sub-compact along for the ride. In case anyone was curious, I am a member of the HS2000/XD Talk Forum. Hope to see everyone soon!
