How many handguns do you own?...
Just a poll to see what the average number of handguns owned are.

At number 7 at present, but hope to break into the 10+ ranks, then I'll have picked up everything I want.

I'm down to a baker's dozen right now. As always, more than I need...less than I want.

NONE.
I am keeping some by permission of the state. They may take them away at any time.

Millions. Wait, make that hundreds of thousands since you only asked about handguns. It's hard to keep count.

But I'm serious!
I own, along with some other folks, ALL the handguns currently in the possession of the military and other federal agencies plus those on my state's property list and all the way down to my local governments' lists. They just keep buyin' more and more with my tax bux. Hacks me that I can't get permission to use some of the ranges I've bought for them to train at.... |

I no longer own any handguns, since I have seen the error of my ways... I sold all of mine and donated the proceeds from the sale to the Million Moron Moms March.

The universal answer should be NOYB. Only reason I contributed to the poll is that the burglary/recovery put all of mine in the 'puter.

... only 3 so far ... at least 20 on the wish list ... we have to select really carefully over here ... 4 per private person and/or company ... more than 1 only when member of a shooting club ... and more than 4+4 (if you have a company that can justify the need of a weapon) only, if you can prove that you are a collector ...
that's Africa LetsFetz

How many Handguns?
Did you mean how many handguns in each caliber that I like? Oh well same answer anyway. 10 or more in each caliber anyway!

2 pistols are all I need. A primary carry pistol & a secondary pistol which should be an exact copy of the primary carry pistol. Right now I don't have 2 of the same pistol because I'm testing 2 different pistols.

way more than i need.
not nearly as many as i want. multi duplication in the .45acp and 9mm is a real problem. SnW takes up a lot of room too. and then there are those dang rugers. just yesterday i was plundering through my favorite gunstore. ho hum. i get so tired of this. hos |

I only own 2 (HK P7M8/Walther P99) so far. Hey, I'm a college student; cut me some slack! I plan to get a Kahr PM9 or a Rohrbaugh R9 for my third gun. My fourth will probably be another P7, and my fifth will probably be a 1911.

Well, I have over 100 C&R handguns, not to mention quite a few modern ones...
